These Terms govern quoteofthings.com. “We” means the individual seller who operates this store from Hanoi, Vietnam (office: SN 4, Thôn 1 Kim Lan, Xã Bát Tràng, Thành phố Hà Nội). “You” means any visitor or customer.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping, Refund, and Cancellation policies.
We sell print-on-demand products that we design. After you order, a US print partner — currently Dreamship or CustomCat — prints and ships the item. They do not handle customer support. We handle cancellations, refunds, replacements, and questions from Vietnam.
You must be the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for account credentials and for information you enter at checkout.
Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, including IP infringement, malware, scraping that interferes with the site, or unauthorized access.
Colors, print placement, and size can vary slightly because items are printed to order. Listings are guidance, not a guarantee of an identical match to your screen.
Prices are in USD and may change. Checkout currently accepts PayPal only. Taxes or import duties may apply and are yours unless checkout says otherwise.
We may refuse or cancel an order for fraud, errors, or fulfillment limits. If we cancel after payment, we refund the original PayPal payment.
Email support@quoteofthings.com within 6 hours of the order. After that, production may have started and we may not be able to cancel.
Within 30 days of delivery we refund or replace defective, damaged, wrong, or lost items, including sale items. Change of mind is not covered. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Typical production is 2–4 business days after a 5:00 PM Eastern cut-off. US transit is typically 4–8 business days. See the Shipping Policy for rates and international times.
We may correct listing or pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with a refund when payment was taken.
Shopify, PayPal, Dreamship, CustomCat, and carriers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their independent practices.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as far as Vietnamese law allows.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
