Products are made to order. You may request a cancellation or change by emailing support@quoteofthings.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Include your order number.
If we cancel within that window, we refund PayPal in full (typically 3–5 business days after we process it).
After 6 hours the order may already be in production and usually cannot be changed (size, design, address, or cancellation). Contact us anyway — we will help if production has not started.
Design changes we accept may delay shipping. Peak seasons take longer.
