We ship to customers in the United States and selected International destinations worldwide. All items are print-on-demand: once you place an order, it is produced by our U.S.-based print fulfillment partner and then shipped to your delivery address.
1) Order Processing Time (Production)
This includes order handling and preparation for printing/fulfillment. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
2) Estimated Shipping (Transit) Time Transit times start after your order ships and you receive a tracking email.
Note: "International (Worldwide)" applies to all non-US countries currently supported at our checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier disruptions, peak demand, or address issues.
3) Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order total. You can see the final shipping charge by adding items to cart and entering your shipping address during checkout.
Domestic Shipping (USA) Transit time: 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
International Shipping (Worldwide) Transit time: 7–21 business days (Mon–Fri)
4) Order Tracking When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier first scans the package.
5) Shipping Warranty (Optional) For an additional fee, customers may be able to purchase an optional Shipping Warranty at checkout. If purchased, Shipping Warranty may cover certain shipping issues such as shipping damage or porch theft (subject to the warranty terms shown at checkout).
To file a claim, contactsupport@quoteofthings.comwith your order number and supporting information. We will guide you through the claim process and work toward a resolution. Shipping Warranty is optional.
6) Shipping Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages) If your package appears lost, delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged:
We’ll investigate with the carrier and/or our print partner and propose the best solution under our Refund/Replacement Policy.
7) Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by local authorities.
