Quote of Things is operated by an individual seller in Hanoi, Vietnam. We ship to the United States and to other countries enabled at checkout. Every item is print-on-demand: after you order, Dreamship or CustomCat (US print partners) produces the item and ships it to your address. We do not operate a factory. The ship-from address on the label may be the print partner's facility, not our Hanoi office.
1) Order processing (production)
Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends/holidays, start the next business day. Peak seasons may take longer.
2) Transit time (starts after you receive a tracking email)
Typical total time (processing + transit): United States 6–12 business days; other countries 9–25 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
3) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from destination and order total.
United States (transit 4–8 business days)
International (transit 7–21 business days)
4) Tracking. We email tracking when the print partner ships (if available). Carrier scans may take 24–72 hours to appear.
5) Optional shipping warranty may be offered at checkout. Claims go to support@quoteofthings.com with your order number.
6) Lost, delayed, or damaged packages: email support with your order number and photos. We work with the carrier or print partner under our Refund & Return Policy.
7) Customs. International orders may owe duties or import taxes. Unless checkout says otherwise, those charges are the customer's responsibility.
