Who operates this store?

An individual seller in Hanoi, Vietnam. Quote of Things is not a US company and does not own a factory.

Where do products ship from?

US print partners Dreamship and CustomCat print the item after you order, then ship it to you. Support is handled by us in Vietnam.

How long does delivery take?

Typical total time (production + transit): United States 6–12 business days; other supported countries 9–25 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

How do I pay?

Checkout currently accepts PayPal only (USD). You can pay with a PayPal balance, bank, or a card through PayPal. We do not process cards directly on this website.

How do I track an order?

When the print partner ships your order, we email tracking (if the carrier provides it). You can also email support@quoteofthings.com with your order number. See the Track your order page.

What is the refund policy?

Within 30 days of delivery we refund or replace defective, damaged, wrong, or lost items — including items bought on sale. Change of mind is not covered because items are made to order. Details: Refund & Return Policy.

Can I cancel?

Email us within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, production may have started and we may not be able to cancel.
