Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our items are print-on-demand (made to order), we handle refunds and replacements under the policy below. Our production partner in the United States only prints and ships your order; all refund/replacement requests must be submitted to us.

 

1) 30-Day Refund / Free Replacement Coverage

Our 30 Days FULL Refund / FREE Replacement Policy covers the following situations when you contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  • Defective or damaged items: the item arrives defective, damaged, broken, or not functioning as intended (if applicable).
  • Wrong item / not as described: the item received is materially different from the product description or from the customization details provided at checkout.
  • Incorrect or mismatched size: you received a different size than ordered, or sizing is clearly mismatched due to fulfillment error.
  • Lost or missing items: the package is lost in transit, or items are missing from the shipment.

Return Process, Shipping Costs & Return Address: If your claim is approved for a refund or replacement, you will generally not be required to return the item.

  • Return Shipping Cost: If we specifically request a physical return for verification of a defective/wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid shipping label. We do not accept returns for change of mind, so there is no customer responsibility for return shipping costs in general.
  • Return Address Note: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer's address listed on the package. If a physical return is required, our support team will provide you with the correct return address via email.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

 

2) Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements (No Coverage)

We are not responsible for, and do not offer refunds/replacements for, the following:

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Customer-provided errors, including incorrect size selection, product selection, shipping address, or customization information entered at checkout.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, soiled, or altered, and are damaged due to customer handling.
  • Change of mind or personal preference (taste, color expectations, etc.).
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion.

 

3) How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To help us resolve issues quickly, please follow this process:

Step 1 — Contact us
Email support@quoteofthings.com (or use our Contact Us form). Please include your order number.

Step 2 — Provide evidence
Send:

  • clear photos of the item(s) you received; and
  • photos of the package, including the shipping label (important for verification).

Step 3 — Resolution
After review, we will confirm whether you will receive:

  • a free replacement, or
  • a refund (full or partial, depending on the situation), or
  • another appropriate solution.

We may ask for additional information if needed to validate the claim.

 

4) Refund Timing & Payment Methods

If a refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • PayPal (Our current payment method): Once processed on our end, refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your PayPal account.
  • Credit / Debit Cards (Coming soon): Please note that direct credit/debit card payments will be supported in the future. Once implemented, refunds to cards will generally take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

(Bank and payment provider processing times may vary).

 

5) Notes for Print-on-Demand Items

Because items are made to order:

  • minor variations in print placement and color may occur and are not necessarily considered defects; and
  • we cannot guarantee exact color matching across different screens/devices.
